We provide our services to a range of industry sectors, however much of our work is in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) and infrastructure sectors where the overlap of design, procurement and construction through project delivery methods such as design-build requires process integration and skills to manage the various strands of a project, which can run at different speeds and have competing priorities.

We understand the driving forces within complex projects, which are also the things which are most difficult to manage: information and decisions. Because of this focus our approaches are highly effective across various forms of project implementation, including the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) where the generation and sharing of project information is easier than ever but where the control of that information is more crucial than ever before.

We also have a presence in the aerospace, shipbuilding, defence (aero and naval), manufacturing, and business sectors, and we have subject-matter experts in each sector. There is growing evidence that delay and overspend in these sectors, along with others like IT, can be traced to the same, recurring themes: ill-defined requirements; poorly planned execution; poorly timed decision making; uncontrolled change; and so on. Our approaches to planning and managing complex processes have been independently shown to improve predictablility in complex projects, and they are transferable between the sectors we work in.
