We offer a range of seminars and courses on the principles and implementation of our ADePT design planning and control technique. As an endorsement of the educational value to practicing Architects, and their counterparts across the disciplines, the RIBA has accredited both Adept Management’s ‘one-hour lunchtime seminar’ and our ‘one-day Integrated Design Planning training course' as part of their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) core curriculum. These courses fall under the heading of Managing Projects and cover the subject areas of: i) Quality Management systems; ii) time and resource management; and iii) Project Management.
