Design Management Training

Business Framework & Procedure Development

AML has a breadth of experience and knowledge in supporting teams - comprising clients, suppliers, and numerous ‘stakeholders’ - in the establishment of appropriate project and business strategies and frameworks.

AML’s consultants can support the team by facilitating workshops and providing strategic advice to ensure that the strategies and working frameworks that are derived not only fulfil their purpose, but also provide a solid datum from which continuous improvement and knowledge sharing can be enabled.

 

 

 

 

 

 
Process Mapping and Modelling

Understanding the mix of activities and complex interfaces that make up any process is the starting point for improved operation and delivery. AML’s consultants have a vast amount of knowledge and experience in capturing, and graphically representing, business and project processes across a number of business sectors.

The use of structured workshop events coupled with tried and tested data capture pro-formas enables our consultants to elicit data in a structured and efficient manner, whilst ensuring that the ultimate users are bought into the process.

High level maps can be developed in relatively short periods of time – enabling holistic views of operational and management processes to be defined and understood. More detailed views – process models – can be generated equally efficiently and, once generated, can be used as a means of significantly enhancing the processes that they represent.

Strategic Planning & Process Improvement

Adept Management offers a unique approach to analysing and improving complex business and project processes using both established methodologies (such as process mapping and lean philosophies) and our unique systems.

On a business level; experience has shown that the identification, reduction and, ultimately, management of variation is key to delivering a lean, productive organisation. This does not only apply to operations, but is equally important in the successful achievement of strategic, management, and operational goals.

To address this need, AML does not isolate these elements of the business into individual facets, but instead strives to model and understand their interdependence as a means of improving the whole.

Value Delivery and Value Management

Adept Management offers a wealth of practical experience in the development and deployment of Value Delivery, Value Management & Value Engineering techniques.

As part of our services around VALiD, and as part of our broader Value Management approaches, we have developed an array of facilitated workshop events that enable:
